Alisa Lisina is originally from Belarus and has called Dubai home for over 12 years. With extensive experience in the city’s luxury hospitality scene, she brings deep knowledge of Dubai’s high-end market, refined service standards, and the expectations of elite clientele.
Claudia Preusser is originally from the Netherlands with Indonesian roots and has been based in Dubai for the past three years. Educated in the United States, she brings a global perspective and extensive knowledge of the international hospitality industry.
